The annual Awards Banquet (traditionally held in February) celebrates and recognizes companies achieving performance excellence awards during the previous performance cycle. There are two kinds of awards—Organization Level Awards (Pinnacle, Pioneer & Category Awards for Excellence) and a Process Level Award (Showcase in Excellence Award).
The celebration is also an opportunity to honor the volunteers (Examiners, Mentors, Judges, the Board of Overseers) and the Board of Directors who make the program possible.
The annual Awards Banquet was suspended during COVID-19 due to social distancing requirements, and has not yet been resurrected. Awards and Recognition have been virtual since 2021, but with the intention of face-to-face in the near future.
