The Southwest Alliance for Excellence awards recognition in the areas of:
- Performance Excellence: for organizations that have submitted assessment applications and have attained high levels of organizational performance and results.
- Leadership Excellence: for individuals exemplifying SWAE’s values and leadership excellence.
Organizations and individuals achieving awards will be recognized during the annual Awards Banquet, on the SWAE website, in social media, and in SWAE collateral materials.
