The Board of Overseers (BOO) is comprised of quality professionals and experienced examiners from the business, education, healthcare, and government community who volunteer to serve and provide the foundation for the Southwest Alliance for Excellence (SWAE) Performance Excellence Program. The BOO is responsible for developing award standards, ensuring that integrity is maintained throughout the program, developing and delivering appropriate training, helping market and communicate the Baldrige program and SWAE organization, and supporting the Annual Awards Banquet. This board meets bi-monthly.
