SWAE’s volunteer examiners are the heart of our performance excellence program. They are passionate about quality and performance, and collaborate to assess organizations who submit performance assessment applications. Examiners are also tasked with developing the valuable feedback reports that applicant organizations use to streamline their processes, empower their workforces, and achieve better performance. SWAE examiners come from Arizona, Nevada, and Utah, and play a key role in making the Southwest a better place to live and work.
