Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (LSS Basics) training is offered in partnership with the Rocky Mountain Performance Excellence (RMPEx.org) organization and TheLeanSixSigmaCompany-USA.
This is a 1-day virtual class, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm MST.

- Project execution following the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) methodology.
- Project selection criteria and what makes a great LSS project.
- Lean Six Sigma roles and responsibilities.
- Key elements of successful Lean Six Sigma implementation.
Cost is $400 (Non-RMPEx members must register as a “Non-CoP” member).
